Refund policy
At HooksnNooks, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care or hygiene-related products (if applicable)
- Custom or personalized items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
We will review and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
If you need an exchange, contact us to begin the process.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing or shipping begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- Then contact us if the issue persists
